CROP-seq of 98000 neurons treated with 374 gRNAs (CRISPRi only).

For CRISPRi, 184 genes were inclued in the CROP-seq experiments. The CROP-seq libraries included 2 sgRNAs per gene plus 6 non-targeting control sgRNAs for a total of 374 sgRNAs. On Day 10 after CRISPRi neurons were infected by the CROP-seq sgRNA library, approximately 98,000 CRISPRi neurons were loaded into 10X chips with about 25,000 input cells per lane.
