K562 cells transduced with CRISPRi (day 7 after transduction).
For day 6 essential-scale experiment in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) (K562) cell lines, library lentivirus was packaged into lentivirus in 293T cells and empirically measured in K562 cells to obtain viral titers. CRISPRi K562 cells were transduced and 20Q1 Cancer Dependency Map common essential genes were targeted at day 7 after transduction.
