Transcriptomes of 65781 iPSC cells collected over 10 time points in 2i or serum conditions (16-day time course).

Samples were collected from established iPSC lines reprogrammed from the reprogramming mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), maintained in either 2i or serum conditions, at 10 time points across 16 days. Overall, 68,339 cells were profiled to an average depth of 38,462 reads per cell. After discarding cells with less than 1,000 genes detected, 65,781 cells were obtained, with a median of 2,398 genes and 7,387 unique transcripts per cell.
